Ask for a programme-level decision
Submit genuine O-level, A-level or other requested documents and any required verification. Ask admissions to list the subjects and grades required for the exact programme, whether results from multiple sittings are accepted, and how English proficiency is assessed.
Do not assume that being educated in English automatically grants a language exemption. The university’s current language unit decides according to its policy.
Plan recognition before study
ZIMCHE says its work includes evaluation of foreign qualifications. Ask about the exact institution, campus, programme, study mode and intended enrolment date. If the field is regulated, contact the responsible Zimbabwean professional council as a separate step.

Request a dated personal invoice and record the tuition currency, scholarship, mandatory fees, preparation, payment schedule and refund terms. Add a real housing offer, flights, residence, health, insurance and emergency reserve.
Families may plan in US dollars while local daily spending is often in Turkish lira. Keep both views and record the exchange-rate date. Do not use a fixed online monthly average as proof.
Treat work as optional

Pay and travel safely
Confirm the university’s institutional beneficiary through its finance office, pay through a lawful bank or regulated route, and keep the transfer trace and student-account receipt. Avoid personal accounts and unexplained intermediaries.
