Who we are
Yuzu Cyprus is run from Cyprus, not from a call center abroad. We visit campuses, follow official sources and listen to what arriving students wish someone had told them. Our job is to help you make a decision with fewer surprises — not to push every student toward enrollment. Yuzu also runs a relocation platform for Japan, so practical, honest moving support is part of our DNA.
What is free — and how we make money
Using this website and asking us for university guidance is completely free. When a student enrolls through us, a university may pay us a commission; the student does not pay Yuzu Cyprus an application fee or a "scholarship fee." Optional, hands-on relocation services are separate. We confirm the scope, timeframe, limits and any cost before you decide whether to use one. Here's the full list of scams we see.
Practical help on the island
Our services:
cyprus.yuzu.help is completely free. You can read every guide, compare every university and ask us about your situation without paying us. If you need more than online guidance, we can also provide optional, on-the-ground support.
Optional services only begin after we agree in writing on what we will do, what we cannot verify, the timeframe and any cost. No surprise charges.

House search and shortlist
Tell us your budget, campus, commute limits and must-haves. We search current options and return a practical shortlist covering rent, deposit, location, furnishings, recurring costs and questions to ask the landlord.

In-person property checks
When possible, we visit shortlisted homes, take current photos or video and report what we can observe: condition, furniture, utilities, cooling and heating, access and surroundings.
This is a practical viewing, not a structural survey or legal title check.

Document check-up
We review application, enrollment and arrival document packs for missing pages, name or date inconsistencies, unreadable scans and checklist gaps, using the relevant official instructions.
The university and public authorities always make the final decision.

What makes us different
